Jane Schell

We are proud to have one of the most experienced and beloved real estate licensing & continuing education instructors in Kansas City as both an instructor and the Director of the KW Real Estate school.  Jane is also a licensed broker-Associate in the state of Missouri and is a licensed agent in the state of Kansas.  Jane is a passionate instructor that truly empowers her students to excel and understand real estate licensing materials.

Angela Brown

Full Time Realtor – Full Time Service!  Licensed in Kansas and Missouri, primary focus is the Northland.  10+ years of Real Estate experience as a full time agent, background in sales, marketing, negotiations, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management in the year 2000.

Audra Heller 

International Fine Home Specialist, 20+ years of Real Estate and Marketing experience, commercial and residential.  Marketed International Luxury Golf Communities.  Worked with the National Golf Club, selling real estate, marketing future development and new construction.

Matt Graham

15+ years in real Estate, part of a Commercial real Estate firm in Arizona right out of college.  First team Leader for Keller Williams Northland Partners.  Sold 136 individual homes which puts The Graham Team in the top one percent of all Realtors in Kansas City.

Mark Solomon

Licensed in 2005 in Minnesota but saw the light (and warmth) and moved his family to Kansas City in 2006 and is currently licensed in Missouri and Kansas.  15 years of work in “Corporate America” taught him the values of a good leader and great Realtor.  He has a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves.

Dani Beyer

With over $15 million in annual sales volume, the Dani Beyer team is taking Kansas City’s Real Estate market by storm. With a B.S. in Computer Science, Dani and her team are experts in real estate technology, using advanced databases and marketing strategies to sell and market homes. With over 21 years experience in the the Metro Kansas City Real Estate marketplace specializing in residential resale homes and new construction buyers representation as well as offering extensive experience with horse properties and land.  Chris has worked as a Realtor in New Homes, with Commercial Properties, and Distressed properties in the past as well.

Christine McCarthy

As Team Manager for the Edie Waters Team, Christine has helped the team become the symbol of real estate excellence. Christine manages the team of marketing specialists, transaction coordinators, buyer’s agents and listing coordinators producing over $45 million in total sales volume annually.

John Harris

Ross Costanzo

I started my Keller Williams Realty career around 2002-2003 when the franchise had first come to Kansas City. By 2004 I was offered the role of Team Leader & Broker in the Lee’s Summit, MO market center. In 2005 I had earned the Blackbelt Recruiting Award for the office and had grown to around 130 agents. By 2006-2007 I had accepted the role of General Manager for all of the Keller Williams Realty offices in Sarasota, FL. I later helped to launch the Pinehurst, N.C. market center. I have coached and consulted agents of all levels, leadership & staff from all over & have been involved with the management, launch & growth of real estate market centers and their agents ever since.
Most recently in an effort to focus back on the people and things most important to me I shifted my focus back to traditional real estate. I am excited to take all that I have learned and put it to work on helping agents realize their dreams of success in the real estate industry.  Brokered in: KS/MO

Gayla Hiatt

Licensed in 2004 after a successful career in mortgage lending.  Understanding of mortgage lending qualifies her to negotiate with lenders to avoid foreclosure.  Multi-year Kansas City Five Star Real Estate Agent.  Agent Leadership Council member.

Karen Hadley

Kansas City born and raised, Karen has over 30 years in the real estate business.  Karen truly loves the Northland and her passion for real estate shows in her customer service and work ethic.

Lisa Sapenaro

Licensed in 2006.  Mulit-Million Dollar Producer.   Best in Client Satisfaction (Five Star Realtor) 2011-2014.  Finished Strong Prospecting 2012.  Top Producer with Reece & Nichols.  Top 5 most consistent in volume and units sold with Keller Williams. Rookie of the Year 2006.  Two time BOLD graduate.

Kelli Chabot

As a former teacher, Kelli enjoys getting to know families, the hopes and dreams for their future and helping to make those dreams come true.  Kelli’s team is dedicated to her clients and their unparalleled customer service reflects their “Clients First” focus.   Best in the Northland 2010.  5 Star Award Winner since 2009.

Mike Gunselman

10+ years of experience.  Focused on growing a referral based business by delivering to clients what they want and need.  Team Leader, trainer and mentor.  Was the team captain of the University of Central Missouri football team.    Before that was a wrestler with the University of Missouri.  Is giving back to his community as a high school wrestling coach.

Andrea Sheridan

Andrea is a second generation Realtor.  After finishing her Bachelor of Science degree at William Jewell College, Andrea obtained her real estate license in 2002.  After teaching elementary school for two year, she went into real estate full time.  She is a top producing real estate broker that also serves on the Kansas City Regional Association Board of Directors and is also a Director for the Missouri Association of Realtors.  She is a Team Leader, Coach and Trainer for the KW Kansas City North office.

Brian Icenhower

Brian Icenhower, Esq, BS, JD, CRB, GRI, CRS, ABR is the CEO of Keller Williams Kansas City North and a nationally recognized real estate trainer, speaker and coach.  Brian has been a National Association of Realtors Director, California Association of Realtors State director and is currently a Missouri Association of Realtors State Director.  He is also the creator of the widely acclaimed real estate training website: www.TheRealEstateTrainer.com.  Brian is also a real estate attorney, broker and a former top producing agent.
